FAQ

Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses?

Not for every service. Workshops can cover the free Copilot Chat included with work accounts or paid Microsoft 365 Copilot. We check what you have before we start.

Do you work in our tenant?

Yes. Automations are built in your own Microsoft 365 environment using access you control, and you keep everything we build.

Is the training remote?

Yes. Sessions run over Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

What if a task shouldn't be automated?

We'll say so. Part of discovery is finding where automation or AI isn't the right answer.

How do payments work?

Fixed-price work is invoiced up front or in two parts. Digital products are sold through an online store when they launch.
